A Place You've Never Been

A Place You've Never Been are handmade garments treated like fine art pieces. The collection revolves around an immersive study of atmosphere, color, and the deep layers of desert space. APYNB is dyed in-house with natural pigments and cut, processed and shipped from a tiny studio in Marfa, Texas.

Color

Dyed primarily with dirt from landscapes, A Place You've Never been is laying the groundwork for seasonal hues and pigments based on archeological findings. Color Pantone swatches are based on this ideology and are precise matches from the hand-made garments themselves naturally dyed with dirt and minerals.

Typography

Hand weaving & knitting allows the artist to work with materials that reference a place through color or texture. In creating the brand voice, the typography needed to do the same. Sentinel allows typography to interact with high-quality imagery.
